The Box is a place for all of us, it's not just a gym, it is a Community.

Just over a month ago we set up a Just Giving page to get help us all. We were overwhelmed with the comments made when we made a suggestion about a Just Giving page. The page was designed to raise funds for us to help each other, for us to come together as a community. And a community we are.

At the present moment the page has raised just over £1,000. We could not imagine being at this point a month ago, so for this we thank you.

We wish to inform you that from this we have enough to purchase not 1 but 2 worms. The Worms will be personalized to CrossFit Nottingham. And in speaking to the company creating them, chances are they may be here by the end of the month!

The initial target was to raise enough funds to purchase worms, however the sourcing of the Worms lead us to an independent company that creates custom Worms, we felt this was the best route. With us being a small business we are always keen to help others on their path too.

Our plan is to keep the Just Giving page open and keep the same target but we will now shift our focus to Assault Runners.

Why Worms & Assault Runners?

Tribal Clash is always, undoubtedly a popular competition, and without a doubt The Worm features. We want to give you that quality training that gets you to where you want to be.

Assault Runners: not only are they a GRIM piece of kit, they are pretty damn awesome. They are starting to creep into a lot of competitions and becoming very popular among training programmes.

We want to give you the best training experience and with the additions of these along side the amazing coaches, programme and incredible atmosphere CrossFit Nottingham has, we will be a true force to reckon with.
