Story

I am participating in a tough mudder half in London at the end of September. This is a 5 mile obstacle course with 13 obstacles including high walls, crawling under wires and as some of you like to remind me, live wires. Anyone who knows me knows my fitness level is pretty much non existent so this is going to be a massive challenge.

As extra motivation (other than the fear of pure humiliation) I'd like to try a raise a little money for Animals Lost and Found in Kent. They are a not for profit charity that helps to reunite pets with their owners and they take care of strays (getting them wormed and neutered) and also look after some animals with different conditions such as kittens with swimmers syndrome. These guys work so hard and usually from their own pockets so anything I could raise for them would be great.
