I am a male-to-female transgender person, which means I am in the process of changing my physical sex from male to female. This is a long, difficult process, and a financially costly one.

I am hoping to fundraise to help with the cost of a procedure called facial feminisation surgery. As the name suggests, this is an operation that helps people in my situation look and feel more feminine, by e.g. removing the Adam's apple, reducing nose & chin size, etc.

Feminising facial surgery is an expensive operation, and is only available via private surgeons. I have been saving toward it for several years, but it remains out of my reach no matter how hard I try.

I will continue to try until I have saved enough money, because a more feminine appearance will improve my quality of life immeasurably and I am utterly determined to achieve my aim.

It would be life-changing to have this operation, and I will truly appreciate any donation with all my heart.
