    Story

I will be running the Edinburgh Half Marathon on the 28th of May to fundraise for the University of Strathclyde Law Clinic!

The Law Clinic provides access to justice to those in Glasgow and the surrounding area who are facing financial difficulties in pursing their legal claims. Student volunteers provide legal advice and representation to these clients, under the guidance of legally qualified solicitors.

The Law Clinic has continued to expand since its founding in 2003, by Professor Donald Nicolson. Student volunteers now run 3 projects in the wider community and collaborate with the Refugee Survival Trust and the Scottish Woman's Right Centre to assist in delivering two further projects, as well as casework.

The work of the Law Clinic is far reaching, and provides immeasurable support for those reached. Funds raised will go towards supporting the work of the Law Clinic helping to reach even more people in need.

    Thank you!
