I've raised £1000 to Help to pay for visits to Ella for her family

Ella was a bright , fun loving 16 year old who had a passion for life. She loved doing things with her family and friends. She was bubbly and full of enthusiasm for life.
About 18 months ago that all changed.
She became withdrawn and saw dark things every where. She began hearing voices that told her that people wanted to hurt her.
She became paranoid and couldn't cope being around people. She began to hurt herself and her mum took her to get the help she needed. As time passed she was diagnosed with Psychosis, a devastating mental illness that totally destroyed both her and her life.
Ella was sectioned and went to Plymbridge House in Plymouth for 5 months to help balance her medication. She was close enough that here family and friends were able to visit several times a week.
When Ella was discharged it very quickly became obvious that she was no better and couldn't cope at home.
After a serious incident Ella was sectioned again and taken to Longreach and held on an adult ward until a bed in a secure unit for young people became available.
When it did it was in Hertfordshire 300 miles away from her family and friends, whose love and support she desperately needs to recover.
Her family are torn, needing to be here for Ella.'s siblings but needing to be there for her to.
Mental health especially in Cornwall is so very poorly funded. There's a lack of Counsellors, Nurses and Beds in the County. Ella is lucky that she's receiving help, many youngsters are still waiting. Lost in very dark places
I am hoping you will be moved to help them fund the 5hr trips to visit her at least once a week so they can give their wonderful daughter the support she desperately needs to be able to come back to her family ; her friends and her life.
Thank you
