my nephew was diagnosed with tetralogy of fallots which is a congenital heart defect affecting 1 in 20,000 babies it means his aorta and pulmonary valve are narrowed and dialated and his lungs produce too much blue blood before he was born but we never imagined how hard it would be when he was born. he suffered a cardiac arrest at just 13 days old and had to be given CPR my brother and his girlfriend had so much to worry about and when he was transferred to alder hey hospital they was told he might not make the journey they worried about where they was going to stay as they didn't have much money but they were told about this amazing charity the ronald mcdonald house and they have been amazing the staff have been a great support for them both and without this charity things could be a lot worse... this charity is run only on donations so we are doing a fundraiser to raise awareness and help them keep the charity going please give anything you can for us to help this amazing place
