I am a mum of 2 and work for the NHS and live down in the depths of Cornwall which is pretty much as far as you can get from...well...every ware. I'm what they call a Veteran competitor and compete in Traditional style karate up and down the country and internationally. Last year I competed in Germany winning 4 Golds and in Athens winning 2 Gold and a Bronze. Im lucky enough to be representing WKU England once more and taking part in the World championships in Austria.

All of this is self funded. I work 2 Jobs and as much overtime I can get so Im asking anyone and everyone if they can at all help get me there to represent England and show that you can still compete at this level and reach goals and self achievement at any age.
