Finding good players is easy, however getting them to play well as a team is another story. This has never been a problem for our sociable, hardworking team here in Kavos. As all of our local community know, when tourists go home and the crazy-party life of Kavos’s summer season comes to an end our football team plays a huge part of village life. Kavos Football Club is a close-knit group of lads who are passionate about what they do. Help our dream become a reality, by helping us raise money to improve our quality of the game. We understand that professionalism comes hand-in-hand with expenses and due to Greece’s current financial status, this has proven difficult over the years. To raise our standards we want to incorporate realism to our matches with refreshment staff, grounds men and a high quality of care for our supporters. We have discussed a variety of ways to fundraise and keep our local community involved, overall we decided that a raffle would be the most effective way to do so.
At the end of the season the raffle will take place, each person who contributes any money will have a participation in chances of winning prices. Our raffle will include prices such as; Restaurant meals, event tickets (night and day), crazy-speedboat trips, paxos and blue lagoon trips and much more!
