Story

Hi! My name is Kayan Intwala and I am 14 years old. I am part of the extra-curricular VEX EDR robotics team HYBRID at Queen Elizabeth’s School for Boys in Barnet. VEX was recently named the ‘largest robotics competition in the world’ and consists of designing, building, programming and driving robots. This requires hard work, commitment and determination. This year’s challenge called Turning Point began at the start of this academic year. Our team won the Excellence Award (the highest accolade we could receive) at the UK National Championship in March and we have qualified for the World Championships, hosted in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. I cannot wait to continue my robotics journey at the World Championships from 24th-29th April 2019. I would sincerely appreciate any sized contribution you are able to provide in order help me continue my success from regional and national champions to become world champions.

Thank you
