on the 11th april 2019 my sons dad took his own life. any money raised will be split between my son the reason for this kayden is 6 years old he is a lovley little boy its killing me to see him so heartbroken,his share of any money raised will be used to treat him to a suprise day out to take his mind of finding out his daddy had gone to heven .kayden and his grandmother ( his dads mother) are doing a small memorial garden for his dad kayden has asked that some money raised to be used to get some bits to make the garden as beautiful as possiable

the other half of the money raised will be donated to a charity for mens mental health and suicide prevention. kaydens dad had been struggling with mental health for many years before.

mental health and suicide in men is not spoken about as much as it should be, statistics say roughly 60 men commit suicide every hour.
men are made out to be big and brave and are almost expected to bottle up there feelings and act as if they are ok when in actual fact they are far from ok . jamies mother will also be taking part in 60k walk/run in November.

never in my life did i expect to have to try and explain the death of a father to my own son.i wish no one would ever have to to that!
the charity are aiming to decrease the number of suicide in men by 25% by 2030.
