I've raised £2000 to Help Gwen-Sophia and ultra rare kidney disease

Hi, me and my son Cody are doing a few 5k runs this year to try raise as much money as we can so that we can help children suffering with kidney disease. We would like to give some money to queens medical centre in nottingham the kidney ward that helps very ill children with kidney disease. They looked after us so well when we was there and gave us everything we needed.
in January my 3mth baby girl started to wee blood. We was rushed from norwich to nottingham in a critical state, blood transfutions, needles, no end of bloods taken, canulars catheters. It was every parents nightmare. We was so lucky that they acted so quickly.
She has an extremely rare disease called Atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) is an life-threatening, progressive disease that frequently has a genetic component. . In aHUS, complement starts to attack the body’s own cells, especially those that line the blood vessels. This leads to clots forming within the small vessels. Throughout her life she will have relapses which will cause damage to her kidneys causing her to need a transplant in the long run.
Nappies, clothes, milk, A bed. everything was supplied for us when we had to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks. The money for these things have to come from somewhere. This is why I would love to raise some money to go towards helping other families and children. Any donations or anything just to help very unwell children in anyway we would be Appreciated .Thankyou for your time and any support you can give . xxx
