In memory of Frances Robertson 22/07/1961- 02/05/2003

I haven't cut my hair in 2 years now and it has grew to a considerable length. After having my 3rd baby I feel its time for a change but I was clueless on what to do especially because I love my lushes long locks. So I have came to the decision to donate my lovely hair to the princess trust, a charity that makes real hair wigs for children and teens suffering from cancer and the loss of their hair. My hair will grow back and theirs wont while they fight their battle so every little helps.

Some people may already be aware that my brother and I lost this amazing woman our mother nearly 15 years ago now as she became terminally ill with kidney cancer. This woman was an inspiration to all. although I don't have many memories because I was so young but I continuously get reminded by people that new her how amazing and crazy she was. She was a social worker and probably helped and influenced many children and families in her career. I am her adopted daughter and the decision to take me on, on its own is extremely admirable. I can only imagine the pain she suffered knowing she had to leave such a young family behind yet she still managed to squeeze in warm and loving memories for us and didn't let her condition effect our lives.

The loss of Frances was tragic to so many, so I would like to ask every one who is able to support me in this one to raise as much money as we can for the princess trust, in memory of our mum. Because even though she is gone I will still forever thrive to make her proud.

Thank you !
