My name is Imogen and I am a 10 year old girl who wants to help other children.
I know there are lots of children who arent as healthy as me and sadly have to go through horrible illnesses like cancer.
So a while ago I decided to grow my hair and when it was long enough have it cut and donate it to the Little Princess Trust. They make wigs for children who lose their own hair during cancer treatment.
But recently I also read about Eilish Jennings and her battle with cancer. Although she is 36, she has 3 young children and it made me think about them. I can't imagine not giving my mum a kiss every night and I don't want this to happen to them. I want them to spend as much time with their mum as possible. So I wanted to help raise money for her to put towards her treatment.
She has currently raised around £120 000 but needs to get to £300 000. So I am asking people to sponsor me to cut my long hair.
Sat 2nd June is the day my hair will get the chop!
