Story
I really want to improve as many people's experience of having to go through chemotherapy as possible. These care pouches will not only help with the physical effects which they have to go through but also hopefully put a smile on their face and let them know they are not alone during treatment and afterwards. I chose my local oncology ward as it was where my mother had her treatment for 4yrs. I sat with her and watched as she struggled on time and time again. Hair loss, nausea, awful taste in the mouth, sore lips and throat, really feel the cold, just to name a few of the side effects. Pouches are for adult men and women containing items such as socks, scarf, gloves, hat, tissues, lip balm, fragrant candle, art therapy colouring book, mints, lollipop, nail polish, hand cream, nail care kit and more useful things. I source the items trying to get good deals, prepare the pouches and distribute. Please help me make up 24 of these pouches with the hope of making many more for others. Thanks
