We are raising funds to send the next generation of karate champions from Leeds to America. Without sponsorship, none of the eligible, talented young karateka from the club will be able to attend, as they will simply be unable to afford it.

Every Pound raised will go towards getting these athletes to and from the Championships in June! It is estimated that the total cost for each athlete to attend the Championships will be approximately £1,650 (of which we have already raised just over £900). You could see the tangible impact of your sponsorship, giving a young child the chance of a lifetime. Follow their journey, and celebrate with them as they take their first step into a world far greater than Leeds. This will be life changing.

Ichiban karate is one of the fastest growing and inclusive karate clubs in Leeds, growing both in terms of numbers and in terms of success at a competitive level at competitions around the UK.
