As some of you know, my beautiful niece Hattie was born with a cleft palate.

On the 25th of April, Hattie will undergo surgery to rectify this. A site called cuddles for clefts offers, children born with cleft a cuddley plush toy, to be their comforter for their operation and their journey afterwards.

Instead of just going on the site and sponsoring our little Hattie. l thought by creating this page we could raise enough to get Hattie’s, but also, may provide other cleft babies one.

These cleft cuddlys don‘t only share the same scar as the children that cuddle them, and seek comfort. But can be there to remind them and their mummies and daddies at how far they have come.

I Know it may seem rather insignificant, to the bigger picture. But it’s the little things that pull us through, give us comfort and raise awareness
