I have decided to run the Amsterdam Marathon on 16th October 2016. This is going to be a huge personal challenge for me as it is something I have never done before.

I am looking to raise as much money as I can to help fund a specialised chair for Ward 52 at the RVI.

This busy Respiratory Ward receives patients who have spent time on the Intensive Care Unit; who a lot of the time struggle to sit in a standard ward chair. This means they are forced to say in bed which prohibits their rehabilitation we as Physiotherapists can provide.

By sitting out daily their physical function and quality of life will dramatically improve.
