We need your help ! No matter how big or small your donations.

Dolgellau has a fabulous family who is currently in need of your support. Many of you will already know the family through Elena’s difficulties but unfortunately they all now face another challenge. Pete has now been diagnosed with a Grade 4 inoperable and incurable brain tumour.

This now means that the family is torn apart by the extensive daily trips to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd for treatment. This involves a very long and exhausting journey and extensive preparation before travelling. It’s a 110 mile trip

Olwen is now currently providing full time care for Pete and Elena who both have severe disabilities and require 24 hour care.

We all now need to help this family to stay together and enable them to not just provide the care needed but to also enjoy the precious time together as a family. Initially we can see that providing them with suitable accomodation closer to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd during his treatment will support them. There will be more challenges ahead but we need to act quickly.

Our help will , without doubt, bring some comfort to ease what this beautiful family are currently enduring.
