My cousin Kisha Candasamy in South Africa has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. She is only 34 years old. Kisha works for the Human Rights Commission in South Africa and has dedicated so much of her life to the rights and wellbeing of others. Kisha is always the first person to help anyone in any form of need. She is whole hearted and selfless and it would be wonderful to see others do the same for her. She still has so much to give this world.

Her whole life has been turned around in these last few weeks. She has stopped working due to her current health and she needs funds for her cancer treatments. 

My family and I are trying raising funds for Kisha who has decided not to go down the conventional chemo or radiation route due to the harmful approach, she has opted for an unconventional holistic cancer treatment from Syringa Wellness Centre http://syringahealth.co.za/ from the 5th of September 2016 for the next 6 weeks. The cancer treatment program which will cost around R120 000 (£6K+), this excludes any additional cost such as flights, transport and accommodation.

Her current medical policies do not fully cover her choice for unconventional treatment.

Kisha and our family are aware of the fund raising efforts happening around the world and appreciate any contribution to assist with medical and any additional.

Should all of Kisha’s medical bills and cost incurred due to treatment be covered by the fundraising, we will make sure any surplus funds go to another cancer patient who will be in need.
