I've raised £500 to Support the charity Mysterious Minds. A wonderful local charity that helps families bereaved to suicide.

This is a page to raise money for a wonderful charity, Mysterious Minds, in the memory of Michael Walton.
Mysterious Minds is a huge support to families bereaved to suicide. Not only helping towards funeral costs, they are a huge emotional support to families and those suffering with mental health. We are grateful for their emotional support to us and want to pay it forward, raising funds that will go towards supporting other families in their most difficult times.
Michael was a special man. Kind, gentle and compassionate in every way. He was an incredible Dad, Husband, Grandfather and Friend to many. We will be gathering to remember Michael and to conquor the Yorkshire Three Peaks together, on April 20th 2024.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks is undoubtably the most formidable challenge walk in the Yorkshire Dales. The walk is approximately 25 miles in length, with Pen-y-ghent (694m), Whernside (736m) and Ingleborough (723m). It is a long walk and it includes an awful lot of climbing with the same amount of descending. It is a full day of walking, starting at 5am and we aim to have completed the walk in under 12 hours.
We are a mixed bunch, of different ages, fitness levels and walking experience, but one thing for sure is we will all do our absolute best to achieve this together, supporting each other all the way, just as Michael would have done.
Please please consider contributing to our fund and help us make this really worthwhile in the name of a special man.
