So today it is one year without you, son. We have felt the pain of every single month, week, day, hour, minute and second without you and it gets stronger all the time. We just need to chat and banter with you and share a story, a smile and laugh - we haven't been able to laugh without you. We miss you with all our hearts and life is so difficult without you. We miss you standing strong by our sides and laughing at everything that life threw at us. We miss you son, you are our hero, our inspiration and we love you so much. Mum, Dad, Marlie xxxx

Today is Connah's 20th birthday. This is the most heartbreaking Happy Birthday that we have ever had to say. We miss you so much Connah and love you more than words could ever say. The devastation and heartbreak gets harder with each passing minute. We just want to be able to give you a birthday hug, watch you open your presents and hear your voice. We know you would want us to smile - as you did through everything, but, it is so difficult, yet, we will try for you. We love you son eternally, Happy Birthday from Mum, Dad and Marlie. xxxx

Connah, what an extraordinary young man? We are so touched by your story, and your courage. We fight daily to improve the road for sarcoma patients after losing our own son in August.
