We had Connah's funeral on Friday 15th. We decided to keep it very quiet - as Connah would have wanted it. It was completely heartbreaking and I can honestly say that we are devastated as a family and we cannot stop the tears. It was a beautiful celebration of Connah's life and the professionals involved ensured that it was an afternoon to appreciate Connah and his ways. It was the most difficult day of our lives and we want to thank our family and the people who were there to support us on a day that none of us ever envisaged would happen.

Connah, what an extraordinary young man? We are so touched by your story, and your courage. We fight daily to improve the road for sarcoma patients after losing our own son in August.
