Adam Smith a beloved son brother and friend to many lost his life aged 19 on the 2/11/2018 Adam has suffered from seizures all his life he sadly passed away after having a seizure which left Adam fighting a coma for a week Adam faught right till the very end. It would be appreciated if everyone could help Adam have the send off he deserves thank you
