Hi my name is Samuel and I am 8 years old. I have a condition called Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy which was caused by me having a stroke during my birth. I have had lots of operations and treatments to help my left hand work better but none have worked very well. My specialist has suggested a new 'second skin' arm splint to help me. Due to the special nature of this splint it is not funded through the NHS therefore I am looking to find help in raising the money to fund this, As the doctors really think it will help me lead a better and more fulfilled life.
