Jada-Lea was born with a rare condition called duplication of chromosome.

There is no life expectation so lives day by day.

She is unable to walk or talk and is fed through a straw.

She suffers with a lot of chest infections and is on a lot of medication.

Jada-Lea nearly died in 2016 due to a condition stemmed from her condition

We are trying to raise money for a hospital bed, special needs bike and sensory equipment
