    Story

My mum has needed a wheelchair for 1 1/2 years now because she suffers from Gillian-Barre syndrome. Usually people who suffer from GBS get bad but then it pauses and rapidly gets better, however doctors have said that she will not get any better and that we need to purchase a wheelchair for her and adapt the house. We have spent over £3000 in building work to make the doors wider and to install a lift on the stairs (attach the chair on). However last week (when we were at the hospital) we were robbed and over £600 in valuables have been taken, not including the wheelchair, which costs over £250 itself. We really need the money to but a new chair and get our life back on track. My mum and dad have lost their jobs?quit to support the family and my mum!! please donate what you can.
