What is crowdfunding?

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
Due to the ongoing problems with vandalism and anti social behaviour the club would like to instal CCTV in order to deter these culprits. CCTV would also assist with identification of the offenders for reporting to the Police.
