What is crowdfunding?

Story
I continued showing a finance economy strategy to the Bank of Japan, Japan Government, each political party since the age of the Lehman shock seven years ago.
It is most recent, and there is a proposal to affect a Japanese money order.
Among others, there are monetary policy before and after Brexit, drafting of the individual policy plan according to the political party.
