£35raised of £750 target by 2 supporters

Weʼve raised £35 to Purchase a 'There but not There' Tommy (6 foot aluminium) sculpture for Network Rail Ipswich DU Building.

Funded on Tuesday, 14th August 2018

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

As seen around the UK at Giant's Causeway, Hearts FC, The Big Pit in Wales and The Tower of London, this 6ft version of the There But Not There Logo is a poignant and affecting image which really embodies the There But Not There message. It also includes a small hole in the body to attach a Poppy.

Weighing just 11kg and being only 6mm thick, the hollow outline is cut out of lightweight aluminium giving it strength and durability and is sat on a 500mm x 500mm base plate with four holes to allow it to be bolted or pegged into the ground.

A beautiful sculpture, the hope is that people will treasure this, using it year after year or even installing it permanently to remember the fallen. All funds from the purchase of the sculpture go to the 'there but not there' campaign
