Sadly we lost our daughter Jessica on Feb 14th 2018 due to her long battle with cancer. She was brave, strong, determined but always had a beautiful smile on her face. Jessica loved dressing up and throughout her treatment she always dressed up and put a smile on our faces and we knew she was happy. She loved dressing up at every opportunity i.e. school, parties and at home.
We are currently in the process of starting Jessica's Rainbow Foundation and our first goal is to provide a fully stocked wardrobes of fancy dress costumes in all 10 peadiatric oncology units across the UK. We want parents to feel at ease, children be happy and smile. Jessica taught me no matter how scared i was for her she always smiled, told she was ok and that she was happy. That is all i ever wanted as a mother for my daughter and in knowing that i found my strength to help her through all the rough times, we laughed, we cuddled, we sang, we had amazing adventures as a family all because Jessica lead the way. I want Jessica's legacy to live on and in doing so we want to give back to families that have and are going through the same thing as we did.
