I will aim to do atleast 7000 steps per day for 7 days and log and show my data eachday. I wanted to take part in the super 7 challange for awareness to autism as this is something close to my heart, so many people are missed of the spectrum unfortunatly and struggle to get help, let alone the daily struggles they face.

From a child to an adult society is not friendly to those with autisum, a word that many people hear but don’t necessarily understand.

“He/she is just a naughty ”

“ He/she needs discipline”

“He/she is so disruptive“

These are just a few things I have heard that other over the years, So many people are missed, ignored and suffer in silence. The support needed is much bigger than the support given which is why I have chosen a local support group to help.
