We are struggling. Mentally, physically, financially.

These animals need us, but how can we help them when every corner theres sadness, illness, abandonment. We currently have over 50 animals in our care, some having end of life care, others working on behaviour, some taken in to fend to their young safely, animals awaiting neutering, animals needing veterinary care. We need prescription foods, kitten food, vet bills, medication, prevention treatments, vet bills and the list could go on.

People often say on here about how much we do, how happy they are with their fur baby, how much we have helped them. That is lovely, it helps us for a while.

Then we get a call, 2am, dog thrown out, 9am dog owner doesn't want their elderly dog anymore, 11am Mum with kittens left on the street to fend for themselves and that's all before lunch. We are all at work, juggling these calls, deciding the best action. Then 1pm one of our fosters have gone downhill and need urgent Veterinary attention, we can't let them down but that's a bill, a huge bill, where do we get the money?

We need to close the doors, but what will happen to these souls? We are at breaking point, but what happens to them when we snap?

We cry, we scream, we look at the time and think ' when did I actually last get time to eat' but we carry on, that animal needs us.

Do we close our doors? Do we stop saving these lives because we are drowning.

We need help. We are begging you for help. We have so many animals in foster who need food, medication, surgery and essentials.
