My father and step mother are 64 yrs old and are deaf. They have been ripped off and been taken advantage of by two rogue tradesmen which have stolen all together £96,000. They trusted them to do the work. They have no kitchen to cook in and a bathroom that floods everytime they bath, they have half a home.
