My name is Kerry and I've been running a small private rescue called Paws4thought for 5 years now. We run using volunteers only and foster families care for all our animals within their own homes. We rely purely on adoption fees and donations to survive on a daily basis. Our running costs are currently £1000 a week.

Sadly my beloved Vauxall zafira has reached the end of the line after doing around 800 miles per week transporting dogs and cats from sometimes horrendous circumstances to their foster homes as well as regulr weekly vet runs for vaccinations, neutering and any medical appointments needed. This situation is urgent and i'm asking the general public along with our much loved supporters to please help me replace this fantastic car with a new zafira so we can carry on what we are doing!!!! My car is currently still drivable but i'm at risk of the clutch going at any point and with the distance i do and the amount of animals in the car this is very worrying for me..... I'm not looking for an upgrade, purely a like for like with potential lower miles to live a bit longer and must be diesel to do such long journeys. My rescue work is 90% based in my car so absolutely essential to keep going. Thank you in advance .
