The Real Full Monty, is a group of local men and women baring all on stage to raise not only money for local charities, but awareness. This is our 2nd show at the gatehouse theatre, the last was on 2019, we raised £32,000 for the Royal Marsden charity, which assists in funding Immunotherapy treatment for cancer patients. We had 2 sellout shows 😊

We were due to return in 2020 but unfortunately weeks before the show we were put into lockdown.

SO we are returning this year 23th 24th and 25th of May at Stafford gatehouse theatre.

I became involved in this in the 2019 project due to my father having stage 4 liver and bowel cancer. We lost my nan when I was 15 to lung cancer, and have had various friends and family diagnosed since then. My father being stage 4 20yrs ago would mean he wouldn’t have survived. I am very lucky to say thanks to continuing research he is still with us and coming up to 10yrs cancer free.

This years show has become more poinient as my step mother now has stage 4 cancer, and also myself and family members have struggle with mental health issues, so again very close to my heart.

A child of mine- helping families to deal with child bereavement

Childhood Cancer Parents Alliance (ccpa) supporting families with children diagnosed with cancer

The Samaritans (Stafford branch) aiding people with mental health issues
