Story
Staff, pupils & parents at KES Academy are being asked to ”Move to support the Kings Lynn Samaraitans”. The staff Well-Being team at KES, are passionate about supporting its staff & local community and after reading an story, recently, in Your Local Paper, about the Kings Lynn Samaratins really struggling to meet the demand, for the vital service they provide in our local community. As you will imagine, the demand for the service has increased, the supply of funds to meet this has almost become non existant. Lots of planned fundraising has been cancelled and the article in YLP was sharing how hard its going to be to continue providing the 24h a day service.
So, by all of us “Moving to support the Samaritans“ we can really make a difference, to our local community and the most vulnerable souls The Kings Lynn Samaratins helps and serves.
We would like you all to walk, cycle, row, or jog or and then make a donation to the Kings Lynn Samaratins. We really want the donations to go directly to the KL branch and will be making sure every penny is invested, serving our local community and its most vulnerable.
An example of this would be a family going for a 5 K walk and then making a £5 donation. Please invite others to join the movement, once you have completed yours!
Thanks for taking time to read this. We really hope you can support our local Kings Lynn Samaratins to enable them to continue providing a vital service to our local community.
