I'm raising £1,000 to help towards funeral costs.

As many of you now know, my son passed away aged 35yrs on 19th June after having a seizure. Despite the best efforts of paramedics, and the air ambulance, they could not save him.

My son Liam was the father of my granddaughter Evie, who you’ve all heard me talk about, she is the absolute apple of my eye and my best pal, but at just 7 years old she has to say goodbye to her daddy, her hero, and it breaks my heart.

I want to try and lessen the stress and worry on my daughter in law, and try and raise a few quid to put in the pot to help out. If possible I’d like to put most toward funeral/wake costs, and if possible use a bit to take Evie and her mum away for the weekend once things settle down a bit, maybe Chessington or Lego land. I realise times are tough and money is tight, so please only donate if you can, I really would appreciate any help at all. A few people have asked how they can help and offered to chip in, so I have decided to make this page.
