Mrs P was diagnosed with vascular dementia & given just a few years to live. She is known in her town of Lincoln as a lady that has done so much for her community. Mrs P used to work in a care home before her illness. She is the meaning of the word care. Now its our turn to give her some care back, & im hoping a weekend away with her family will give her and her family some happy memories and even bring back a few more in the process.
