Hi guys!

My name is Kevin Fang, and I'm trying to raise funds for Tennis For All Uganda (TFAU), who are working to transform the lives of children and young people in Kampala. I'm currently an LTA tennis coach and a tutor for A-Levels, and I am incredibly passionate about the work that TFAU is conducting.

TFAU are a small charity based in Kampala working with hundreds of kids to help transform their lives through tennis and education. They welcome children from Kamwokya and Naguru-godown, which have earned their reputation as areas with high crime rates, truancy, substance abuse, obesity, teen pregnancy, and poor education. Tennis has become the facilitating sport for these kids to receive the education that they deserve. 

They offer free tennis training sessions, organise tournaments, and set up tennis camps which welcomes hundreds of children with the aim of making it possible for all children to pick up a racket and take up the sport. The program has created a safe environment for these children to come and play tennis. Through different tennis activities and events, they have encouraged the children to have discipline and confidence both on and off the court. They have made such a significant impact that half the players on the Ugandan national U12 & U14 teams come from the TFAU program. Furthermore, they run a hearing-impaired program that has provided children with hearing-impediments the same opportunity as any other child. They have guided these kids in a pro-social environment to improve their physical and mental health.

Additionally, they have created a learning centre whereby children can receive an education. They run an education financial support program whereby they offer support to parents who can't afford to pay for textbooks, tuition, lesson fees, and other academic costs. Moreover, they're running a reading program that aims to help children with learning disabilities improve their reading and comprehension.

TFAU is an amazing charity that needs support. I have a YouTube channel whereby 70% of the income will go directly to funding their work; I will also help to contribute from my own income. We together can be the catalyst in progressing TFAU's work.

TFAU are based in Uganda, and it is currently not a country that's supported on this platform. After discussing with them, I will receive the money on their behalf and send it to them directly. I will show the whole upload process on my YouTube channel to maintain 100% transparency.
