I'm raising £75000 to use sport to tackle inequality in Kevin’s memory

Kevin was tragically murdered while deployed in Africa. As a family, we believe that criminality often has deep, complex roots — and we want to support organisations working to address those root causes. By helping young people choose a different path, we hope to prevent future tragedies that echo Kevin’s story. Kevin was a passionate runner — he proudly represented Ireland Schools at Cross Country — and believed deeply in the power of sport to bring people together and change lives.
In his memory, an incredible £26,000 has already been raised — and we’re just getting started.
We’d love you to help us build Kevin’s legacy through movement and community.
KMs for Kev is a way for anyone to honour Kevin by taking on a physical challenge — running, cycling, swimming, walking — and using it to fundraise in his name. If you’ve already signed up for an event, consider dedicating it to Kev. We’ll track the kilometres covered and funds raised to show the strength and impact of this community.
