As many of you know it has been a difficult year for the Mc Gowan Clann in Ballycastle. We lost our young cousin Patrick six months ago, and at the same time we had another cousin in a very serious car crash. In recent weeks we lost my granny to Bowel Cancer. Much, much quicker than we anticipated!

I want to support those who have supported us throughout this year. Neil Quinn and I will be taking on the three peak challenge at the end of September. Three peaks, three countries, in three days.

Snowdon in Wales, Scafel pike in England and Ben Nevis in Scotland...

All expenses will be paid for us personally and all money raised will go directly and evenly to these three chosen Charities.
