I am participating in the Sue Ryder Manorlands PaintRush on SUN 22 July 2018 This is a colour run with a difference. It is a 5km PaintRush where I will pass through stations where brightly coloured powder will be sprayed or thrown at me. I didn't want to do it lol!!!
