Hi, I'm Khemarin

Basically, we are young cambodians whose want to give something back to our community in Cambodia. Kompong Tkov Primary School is located in Prasat Bakongg District in Siem Reap. This area of the town which is where the school is located is a very poor so we want to raise some money to help this school. By donating all of these money, we will able to accomplish many many things.

Kompong Tkov Primary School was built in 2000. It's a state school and have the size of a tennis court which is really small compare to other schools nearby. This school has around 80 students, 3 teachers & 3 classrooms. They are in kindergarden, grade 1 and grade 2.

First of all, we would like to repaint the entire building inside and outside as this school haven't been painted for over 12 years.

Then, we'd like to makeover all of the 3 classrooms with new paint and bookshelf as well as handmade posters. I also want to buy teaching materials for the teachers. There will be 3 new rubbish bins to store their trashs. Their table are a bit old and broken so we will refinish it with sandpaper and fix it by ourselevs.

Next, it's the washroom. It's very dirty with limited clean water. We want to fix the doors and equip with new toilets as well.

Last but not least, we will teach the children about the hygiene and English language before we leave. We like to repair the roof too but it would cost over $3000 so we decided not to do it.
