In'sha'Allah I have made the intention to spend the second half of Ramadan in the blessed land of Al Quds / Jerusalem. Without a doubt we're all aware of the brutal persuction the Palestinians face on a day to day basis; they're denied the simple right of having a life - routinely displaced, attacked by occupiers, and as recent events have shown, gunned down for protesting for their freedom. I could go on and on, but the point is recent events have made me feel powerless to do anything, but "Indeed the help of Allah is near" and I feel that while I'm going there, I am happy to deliver any donations to organisations on the ground serving the Palestinians.

You may ask, why shall I not just give the donations to a larger charity already there? You can do that as well, and I'm not taking away from their great work, but while I'm going I wanted to give anyone the option of sending the money through me and By Allah I will ensure it ends up in the right hands this Ramadan.
