Hi, my name is Khloe, 31 years old living in london. I have been a frequent member of a fitness class called barrys, whom have inspired me to run battersea half marathon as a personal challenge, however my “why” for this run goes further than Challenging myself.

palestine is in devastation, and have been introduced to two amazing and beautiful families with unique stories living through this genocide and wanting safety for their loved ones.

so I will be running for them, I would appreciate any donation small or large, I understand times are hard for many financially but anything you can spare to help, myself and the families would be eternally grateful. Please help get these families to safety.

I have spoken to both if the families directly and the most hollowing thing they both have said to me is that they feel like the world does not care. They are also praying that if they are to get bombed it is in the night so they feel less. How is this their reality.

Muath Has a large family, living in severe poverty and terrifying conditions.His brother has two young children Jamal 6 years old and Jad whom is 7 months born at the start of the war, lacking basic essentials such as milk. Muath has been trying to raise money to help bring his family to safety. He has a family of 9 and they have had to move to safety many times. Jamal is regulary having panic attacks as well as the whole family experiencing extreme trauma. follow their story at @muathjamal96.

father haytham, of two twins Celia and Yusef, had struggled years to have children with his partner of 7 years when finally was blessed with beautiful twins, currently 2 years old living majority of life in war. The family has lost their business and are struggling to survive. Please help get the twins to safety. @haythamdais
