Salaam alaykum!

In 2021 I decided to do "Kick Ups for Palestine" as part of the charity week organised by the Islamic society at my University. It was something I thought would be a 1-off, but as the events of the last few years unfolded in Palestine, I decided to make this an annual fundraising event.

Following the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, this year the donations will be split with 50% going to Action for Humanity to assist with the relief efforts in Turkey and Syria; and 50% going to Medical Aid for Palestine.

"Kick Ups for Palestine" is a challenge where I do 1 kick up for every 10p donated i.e. total number of kick ups to do = £donated x10. This year we are hoping to raise £2500. Although I love football, I might have to call 25 000 kick ups the limit!! :)

The kick ups will take place on March 15th outside the Alan Gilbert Learning Commons at The University of Manchester. We ask you to remember all peoples suffering throughout the world at this time. And finally make du'aa Allah accepts the sincerity of our donations and and keeps our intentions pure! Thank you all for your help and support!
