Those kids really need your help.
Why? Helping them doing what they love doing the most, train Jiu Jitsu, will save their life. How? Jiu -Jitsu keeps them away from streets, which are full of violence, drug deals and gangs dirty stuff in Brasil. They do not want to go down that route but they have no finance to make their dream come true.
The Project Cantagalo is purely focused on keeping those kids away from the street under one roof, the roof (read training place) that needs to be renovated and facilitated for them. They certainly will not get enough help from their families as they are poor and struggle to make ends meet. Project Cantagalo is run by Alan 'Finfou' Do Nascimento who went down the Jiu Jitsu way route, which SAVED HIS LIFE. He is 5 time World Champion in Jiu Jitsu and dedicates all his time to also train kids. I am very privileged to know him personally and was extremely honored to be able to train with him back in April/May 2016. I realized how great personality he has and how much he cares for those kids who come from the same district as he himself. I could not just leave it this Project without doing something about it.

I am a father of 2 lovely kids who also train martial arts.
My son Daniel trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Gauntlet Fighting Academy in West Ealing. It made him a better kid. He had made new friends and keeps in touch with them not only on the mat. Jiu Jitsu helps him to release a bad energy and keep the balance between his body and mind and stay focused.

Please donate whatever you can. Every little helps. I believe that with your help we can raise £1000 to help kids to get the training place a new home. I am intending to go there myself at some point, as I was invited and will be able to let you have some pictures of what has been achieved from the money we were able to raised and your help.
