In our community of Arouca there are many families/children who are less fortunate than we would care to appreciate; for some time now we have been attempting to make a difference by donating school uniforms and basic items during the school term and toys during the holiday seasons.

However, it has become apparent we cannot make the impact we would like to on our own with our limited resources. It is our hope to increase our efforts and reach by raising 100,000 pounds by the Christmas season. We believe this goal can be achieved if we are able to get persons to donate 2 pounds each.
