100 KM run in 3 days!

It was Michael William Flay's , or as we know him , Dad or Grampy, wish that we donate to the Bristol Heart institute , a charity that meant a lot to him. Grampy was eternally grateful for the NHS as a whole, but especially the BHI , for the care they gave him when he needed it most. He had many tough battles with various illnesses and was the strongest man we knew to be with us as long as he was. We are a very lucky family to have had him as one of us.

His family will be running 100 KILOMETRES IN 3 DAYS, from Bristol to Weymouth. We will stop after 33 kilometres each day and pick it back up from where we left off the following day. The run will finish in Weymouth Bay, one of his favourite places where he had many special memories. One half marathon is tough, so this run will be a big test!

The donations to Bristol and Weston Hospitals make a real difference to millions of lives. The charity go above and beyond to transform patients experiences and environments as we have seen first hand. They could not have been better for us as a family.
