I've raised £3000 to do the Triple Triple Challenge! This includes climbing The Three Peaks, The Yorkshire Three Peaks and the Welsh Three Peaks in three days!

In August, I was planning on climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for Jack. However, due to the current situation in the world around us travelling to Tanzania will not be possible. Therefore, I will be embarking on The Triple Triple Challenge.
This challenge will involve climbing The Three Peaks, The Yorkshire Three Peaks and the Welsh Three Peaks in three days! The structure of the journey will be as follows:
Day 1 - Climb Ben Nevis (the tallest mountain in the UK) and then climb Scarfell Pike (the tallest mountain in England).
Day 2 - Climb The Yorkshire Three Peaks.
Day 3 - Climb The Welsh Three Peaks, which includes Snowden (the tallest mountain in Wales).
The challenge equates to climbing 7340m (24,080ft) and hiking 57miles in three days!
As we are not able to travel to Tanzania, I hope that I still have your full support as we are embark on this difficult challenge. I will be doing this in order to raise as much money as I possibly can for Jack, with the funds aiding him and his family in the difficult times ahead. We would really appreciate any donations to help me complete this challenge and raise funds for Jack, which will be spent on essential equipment and experiences. I hope that anyone reading this can help by donating to this wonderful little boy. Please read on for information regarding Jack.
Jack is a kind-hearted, joyful and brilliantly cheeky little five year old boy, who is extremely close to my heart. His family, the Thextons, are my second family or 'adopted family', and have always looked after me throughout the years when my family situation has been challenging. I owe the world and more to this family.
In November 2019, when Jack was just three years old, he was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, completely out of the blue. This is a life-limiting condition, which will cause Jack progressive muscle weakness which will lead to limited independent mobility, decreased breathing muscle function and also cardiac muscle function.
When Jack was diagnosed with this illness, the family's world was turned upside down and their lives changed in an instant. The family's main focus now is to make memories with Jack, giving him opportunities for experiences that he might have had later in life, whilst ensuring he is comfortable. Equipment is needed to ensure Jack remains as independently mobile as possible and can live his life to the best of his ability. All he wants to do is run around, play with his friends freely, laugh and have fun, and I would like to make sure Jack can do this for as long as possible.

I have also set up my own Facebook page, which I will use as a hub to share my journey leading up to Triple Triple. I will post my fundraising efforts, some of my training and anything else relevant for the climb. Please copy and paste the following link to see this page.
