Story

We are a small, rural primary school with an even smaller budget! We have put back our school library and the children are loving running it. Our fantastic PTA bought some books and the software we needed and we have recycled shelving and furniture. Yr6 children have been donating their books to the library this year too. Now the library is up and running we have a big shortage of KS1 books. We would like to raise enough money to put KS1 books especially for the boys back on the shelves. We would like to KS1 children to be as excited about coming to the library as KS2. We would like to buy 4 tablets so the children can read online books and use the library software. We have a CD player and the children love audio books so we would like to give them some new books. Our PTA are fantastic and are constantly raising money. It would be fantastic if we could support them. Reading is such an important life skill and allows children to escape the realities of life for a short time. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your support in advance 🤩
